The Montreal Fetish Weekend is Canada’s largest international fetish gathering. It is set in the world’s fetish-friendliest city. A grand celebration of alternate lifestyle. An urban fetish happening unlike anything else in the world.
So, naturally, that’s where we are going.
There are daily and nightly events during the weekend, and we are here to have some fun. Plus, there is one particular aspect of the Montreal Fetish Weekend that suits us: photographs are encouraged. Taking photographs means that we can relive the fun long after our memory has forgotten the details, we can smile and share our adventures. Enjoy!
Kabaret Kink
Welcome to Kabaret Kink!
On opening night we attend Kabaret Kink, not knowing what to expect since everyone’s idea of “kink” is a bit different than everyone else’s idea of kink.
Dressed to impress at the Kabaret.
We are decked-out in our finest and ready to party. 😎 But we seem to be alone in what we think is kink.
The couple who sweats together stays together.
Almost everyone else is dressed in fancy latex attire. Hot, but hot.
Leash laws in Canada are strict.
Although this fellows mask brings to mind Silence of the Lambs, whatever he has done, his handler seems pleased.
Time to party, Kabaret Kink-style.
Everyone is here to have fun, and the dancing begins. Since we love to dance, we are very happy we are not in latex.

The Kabaret Kink fashion show begins, featuring krazy kinky klothing and kostumes.

So let’s talk a look at the fashions we find.
A black and white beauty models her best leather and lace.
High collars, latex gloves, and a leather-and-lace dress will certainly turn heads as you stroll down la Rive Gauche.
You can’t go wrong with red.
If you love your red hair (and who doesn’t?), highlighting it with shiny red latex shows style and class.
A gentlemen’s gentleman in a layered latex livery.
Whether you are meeting a princess for a secret tryst or battling dragons at a renaissance faire, layers of latex will set you apart.
Shoes can make or break a look.
Never forget the importance of shoes when creating just the right look for yourself.
A well-dressed maintenance man maintains his style.
If you’re blue and don’t know what to do….you can still be kool and kinky.

Latextacy Ball
Next, we attend the Latextacy Ball. Latextacy seems to be a portmanteau of Latex and Extacy, although “extacy” is not a word. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Still, I’m sure we will have a ball.
Latex: one size fits all.
Latex is in abundance, and everyone enjoys posing in their shiny outfits.
I would like to bee this person.
Full-body latex allows you to be anyone and anything. As long as you don’t mind sweating, a lot, the world is your oyster.
An evening out, with the ol’ ball and chain.
Not everyone morphs into a latex creature. Some folks dress to the nines, even if they interpret Latextacy Ball a little differently than we do.
“Bend over, let me see you shake your tail feather…”
This natural redhead adorned herself with a cute blue latex bow…which is all you need when you look this good. 😀
I asked her to pose. She said, “Well, I’m a little tied up right now.”
On the other end of the spectrum are folks who use just the tiniest bits of latex to create a fetching costume.

Fetish Photo Walk
Fun is what a Fetish Photo Walk is all about! The tour departs from Place Émilie-Gamelin, right in front of Hôtels Gouverneur, and explores the city’s downtown sweet spots for some photo fun.
And the fun begins!
The only “rule” for the Fetish Walk is that all participants dress in fetish clothing. I don’t think there are any violations… We travel en masse to the subway, take a short ride, then find fun places to pose.
Fly the friendly skies, united.
The lobby of a public building serves as the perfect place to pose.
You look fabulous, dahrling.
You can never be too rich, too beautiful, or have too big of a dress, right? After posing here and there, the group leaves to the next destination, taking photographs whenever the mood hits.

Most of the walkers are in latex, and latex is hot. So eventually we arrive at a public fountain where folks indulge themselves. We folks are sufficiently cool, we continue on our journey.
No one said I couldn’t bring my dog.

The final destination is an open area with fountains that shoot up from the ground—which appears to be just what the doctor ordered for some of the ladies. 😆

Tonight is the Night of the Masks which, if you haven’t guessed, means that you get to wear your best steampunk mask!
